By signing-up for this event, I understand that I am not automatically entered into the event. For FIVB events, USAV will register teams according to the FIVB BVB Sport Operation Manual. Final entries will be confirmed by the FIVB 28 days prior to the start of the event. For NORCECA Playoffs, USAV will register up to the top 12 teams according to their USA Beach ranking as of the USAV Playoff entry deadline minus any wild cards allotted by USAV. At a minimum of 48 hours before the Playoff, USAV will notify all registered athletes via email if they are in the playoff or not.

By registering for this event, I agree to become/remain a member in good standing with USA Volleyball.

By registering for this event, I agree that I have a current US passport and that I am not currently registered to represent another country.

By registering for this event, I agree that all USAV paperwork requested from me in relation to this event will be completed and faxed, emailed, or hand delivered to the USAV Beach Office.
